I write to thank you for a job extraordinarily well done.
As you may remember, I contacted you a few weeks ago regarding a special poem I wanted to give my father on his 58th birthday. The last couple of years have been a challenge and I very much wanted him to know how much we love, admire and support him.
Having had you recommended by a work colleague, I spent a contemplative hour or so filling in your questionnaire, and based on this information you produced the most memorable work within just a few days. The only difficulty has been waiting to give my father the poem!
Today is my father's birthday, and whilst being a strong man, your thoughtful poem made him weep. I feel that with your help, I've managed to communicate some important things to him in a beautiful way. I love that at anytime he can re-read this timeless poem.

My best friend had been through a tragic time of nursing her terminally ill 8-year old son through to his unfortunate passing away. I wanted to comfort my friend but as typical in these situations, there were just no words I could find to help soothe her pain as I so wanted to do. Poetry Perfection quickly produced a poem that was a beautiful piece of art, and encapsulated everything I wanted to say to my friend in a profound, yet sensitive way. The words were beautiful. I filled out an information sheet beforehand which took a few minutes, and Louise took care of the rest.
The service was incredible, Louise mentioned after she sent me the first poem, that it was very much "work in progress" and that we needed to get it just right, so anything I was not happy with should be relayed back to her. This is a unique and professional touch and shows that Louise is passionate about what she does and writes from the heart.
After reading that first draft copy, I can honestly say that there was not a single thing I wanted to change about that poem. I sat and cried because it moved me so much. How she found the way to write the way she did about something so tragic and difficult is completely beyond me.
When I produced the poem to my best friend and her husband, they thought it was amazing and immediately asked me to read it for them at the funeral of the young lad, which I did with pride, honour and, of course, sadness.
So many people commented on the words I read, so many people hugged me with tears in their eyes, So many people wanted to know who the talented writer was. I have also been asked to read the poem again at a school memorial service in the near future. His parents are going to frame the poem and display it in their home too.
